Build sprint
90 days
- What happens
- We build the systems the audit points to, in your cloud and your repositories. Most sprints ship one or two production systems: a moderation cascade, a policy judge, a takedown workflow, an eval harness or cost tracking.
- What you get
- Systems in production, measured for accuracy, speed and cost per decision, with documentation and runbooks your team can own.
- Who is involved
- Two to three engineers from us. Your engineering lead, your T&S lead and whoever will own the system after.
- What it costs
- Quoted after the audit. The audit fee is credited if you start within 60 days.

Managed watch
Monthly
- What happens
- We monitor, evaluate and tune what we built. Monthly eval runs against your golden sets, model and prompt updates, threshold tuning and cost reviews.
- What you get
- A monthly report on accuracy, time to action and cost per decision, plus on call support for incidents in the systems we built.
- Who is involved
- A named engineer from us who knows your system.
