  • Senior ML engineer, trust and safetyBuild classifiers, evals and the policy judge. Python, PyTorch or similar, LLM experience.Read more

    What you will do

    • Train and tune classifiers for text, images and behavior on client data, inside client cloud accounts.
    • Build policy judges: LLM prompts, reason codes and the evaluation harness that proves they agree with human reviewers.
    • Design golden sets and labeling guidelines with client policy teams.
    • Measure every model for accuracy, latency and cost per decision, and make each one cheaper month over month.

    What you bring

    • Five or more years in software, with at least two shipping ML systems to production.
    • Strong Python. PyTorch or a similar framework.
    • Hands on experience with LLM APIs, prompt design and structured output.
    • Clear written English. You will talk to client engineers every week.

    Good to have

    • Trust and safety, fraud or abuse detection experience.
    • Perceptual hashing, embeddings and retrieval.
  • Senior backend engineerPipelines, queues, APIs and data. Python or TypeScript, Postgres, cloud infrastructure.Read more

    What you will do

    • Build moderation pipelines: intake queues, fast filters, routing between models and human review.
    • Build takedown and reporting workflows with audit logs regulators can read, including 48 hour removal clocks.
    • Own the data: Postgres schemas, retention, logging and the dashboards that show cost per decision.
    • Deploy into client clouds on AWS, GCP or Azure with infrastructure as code.

    What you bring

    • Five or more years building backend systems in production.
    • Python or TypeScript, and Postgres.
    • Queues and event driven systems at meaningful volume.
    • Clear written English. You will talk to client engineers every week.

    Good to have

    • Trust and safety, payments risk or anti abuse experience.
    • Terraform or Pulumi.
